Careers

At Eka, we're a small team where every one is an owner of real outcomes. We trust each other and appeal to each other's best versions. We are poised at an exciting place in the sector, and we hope that everyone that joins us is looking to bring their best to the team.

Success at Eka looks like whole-hearted effort, while keeping Fellows at the center. We would rather bet on someone who is prepared to learn and iterate, rather than someone making big promises from the get go. If that sounds like you, Eka is the place for you!

As far as our process goes, we are more interested in getting to know a person than scanning through a a CV. You can expect an assignment drawn from real work and multiple conversations with the team. We're looking forward hearing from you!
