Our Impact
No two years at Eka look the same, because no two Fellows walk the same path. Some years, impact is a Fellow finding what they love. Other years, it means a college seat, a scholarship, or their first internship.
As we step into Academic Year 2026-27, here are some of the moments that tell our story:
Board Exam Success
Batch 1's first 10th Standard boards made us proud. 8 of 27 Fellows scored above 90%, and six more crossed 80%. These results reflect the determination of each Fellow!
95% Fellow Retention
In an eight-year program, staying is the outcome. Against our target of 90%, 95% of Fellows stayed with uslast year, from Grade 9 through boards, college and beyond.
Independently Verified Impact
60 Decibels, the world's leading social impact measurement organisation, conducted our first external audit pro bono. Our Net Promoter Score of 79 places Eka in the top quintile globally.
Bolstered Spoken English
In our Bangalore Batch 3 cohort, the share of Fellows willing to speak English in front of a group rose from 32% before Eka to 97% by year end.
Pre-University Course (PUC) Placements
Our Fellows earned seats at some of Bangalore's leading pre-university colleges, including St Joseph's,Mount Carmel, Mount Mary's, BGS, and Vidya Mandir.
What Families Say
In the same audit, 97% of Fellows and families reported an improvement in quality of life, with 70% sayingit had "very much improved." 95% said their child has no access to a comparable programme elsewhere.
